Required
- At least 3 solid years of professional experience in a corporate environment and/or well established digitalized start-up
- Knowledge in human resource disciplines, communication, organizational psychology, marketing, project management, or related field
- Proficient in excel and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Experience in planning and project management
- Proficient in creating content for communications, newsletters, surveys, presentations, training...
- Event planning skills and managing external partnerships
- Ability and willingness to drive consistent execution in a fast-paced moving environment
- Flexibility and ability to work with a diverse team
- Organized and structured, sense of prioritization, time management skills
- Demonstrated skills applying a lean approach and rolling out and delivering successful development projects
- Ability to partner, collaborate and influence inside and outside the organization
