Description

We are experts in the field of customer support, tailored for the iGaming industry. We are searching for a Norwegian Customer Support Agent to be part of our team in our fun offices based in Barcelona. You will be providing customer support to our clients in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities
  • Help and communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat
  • Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department
  • Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office
  • Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Customer Support and iGaming industry is an advantage
  • Native in Norwegian– both verbal and written, is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player, with an initiative to work independently
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Flexible when it comes to working hours
